to worry or to not worry

ok so i noticed a couple days ago a single bump on the side of my penile shaft and i have no idea what it is and im seeking help.
its a SINGLE red bump to big to be a pimple but doesnt look like a wart but it is about that size. i can squeeze it and puss comes out but the bump stays the same size
i'm fifteen years old and have never had sexual intercourse but i do masterbate. and im worried because i dont think you can get a std by yourself
i've masterbated for a while but nothing like this has ever happened before, i have had pimples before and i know this isnt one.
its been there a couple of days and i dont know what to do please help

if you didnt ever have any type of sexual encounter w/ anyone except yourself...its not an std of any sort cause it needs to be transmitted sexually. But if your woried about it, you should go see your Dr. to check up on it and see what it could be.
