too sensitive

i have been in a cycle of utis, and bv, i am finally cured of both..and just took diflucan for any yeast from the antibs. well im not sure if this is a result of having infections or not...but my clitoris seems to be very sensitive. when i pull back the hood and touch it is seems like its always aroused..sometimes tighter jeans affect it or laying or sitting a certain way. should i be worried this is an std?..is there any otc that can help?
