tpha positive

I was hire for a job abroad. I was advice to have my medical. But unfortunately I was TPHA positive. I seek for a 2nd opinion. can I be negative on the second test? Is there an instance that you get positive on your first test and on the second is negative? If yes why?

it is said that syphilis is a curable diseased? how will know that I am already cure??? when it may not drop to 1 for years???

1:4 is not all that high, The number may not drop below 1 for years.

i already got the result for my second test. i was tpha positive and my rpr is 1:4. I was already injected w/ benzathine 2.4mu and advice to hav it again for the next 2 months. Is 1:4 a critical stage? what is the accepter titer to say that i am already cure?

You can't get it from saliva. Syphilis is only transmitted from direct contact with a syphilis sore.

why is syphilis falls under STD when you can acquire it true saliva as well?

False positives do happen. They can happen for many reasons, can't say exactly why.
