well i got all this symptoms after a sexual encounter so i believe a std gave me the urethritis and i took so many antibiotics, oflo, azythro, cipro, and my last one was doxy. all for 7days.. so im wondering if 3 weeks of doxy would make a difference? because last time i took a week of doxy, i felt better but i think it course was too short and symptoms returned. im certainly seeing improvement now and im on my 7th day.. if this fails he told me il have to take 3 months of antibiotic. im sure he knows what he is doing but why did i suffer for 1 year if i took all these antibiotics? can trich be causing this? i have no discharge at all but i have urethritis.

this isn't really a std issue and should be posted on the urology related forum.
