unprotected Oral sex

I recently received oral sex from a male, this was only for a very short time as I did not feel comfortable about it being done. I dont remember giving him oral, but did lick his genital area. can you tell me what the risks are for STD'S?

Low either way. Actually giving oral sex runs a lower risk then receiving because the mouth is a very hostile enviroment.

Hi Vance

Thank you for your reply. Would the risks be even lower upon only receiving oral and not giving oral?

Risks are very low. You have a risk for gonorrhea and NGU and the most common. Herpes and syphilis are also possible but without a sore on the mouth it is not that much of a concern.

From licking his gentials...well herpes and syphilis, but that would be also very very low risk.
