unprotected oral sex

l never knew that unprotected oral sex was a risk to HIV and l have been giving blow jobs to many guys all over the world (about 50 guys) l cant remember if l had any bleeding gums,but l do bleed while l brush my teeth but not after. l have searched in the internet about my risk of HIV and many sites give different information,one that said the risk is real and accounts for 3% of HIV infections happen during unpro oral sex.How true is that?and what are the symptoms of other oral STD`s.?l had a partner 6months ago that gave me unpro oral sex,and he took an HIV test 2 weeks ago that came out neg.Does that mean l am HIV neg also coz he didnt get it too if l was pos ? are there symptoms for STDs if someone gets them through unpro oral?
