ureaplasma

My doctor diagnosed me with Ureaplasma after testing for that and other STD's.
Symptoms were pain during intercourse. He said my skeen? glands were infected but didn't show any visible signs.
I have no pain or discomfort other than during intercourse. He told me I got it from my husband and that it is sexually transmitted but my husband says it is impossible for him to have given it to me. He doesn't have any symptoms either.
I also was diagnosed with a bladder disorder...can't remember the name other than the last word "cystalis" I am to not eat potassium rich foods, citrus, coffee and chocolate.  They did  a test by putting potassium based fluid into my bladder and it did burn.
I am more concerned about the Ureaplasma as it is giving me doubts about my husband extra curricular activities and I don't want to blame him for something he didn't do.
Can you address this please?

The ureaplasma is a normal bacteria found in some people, and there is some debate on whether or not its sexually transmitted.  This wouldn't be enough to think your husband has cheated alone - you'd have to have other evidence.
