I am more concerned about the Ureaplasma as it is giving me doubts about my husband extra curricular activities and I don't want to blame him for something he didn't do.
Can you address this please?

The ureaplasma is a normal bacteria found in some people, and there is some debate on whether or not its sexually transmitted. This wouldn't be enough to think your husband has cheated alone - you'd have to have other evidence.
