urethra itch and anal itch

in  April I  did something  very  stupid  and  had  unprotected sex  of  course I  felt  terrible  and  have  been  dealing  with  it mentally  since  then. Iinitially I  was  tested  and  doctor  thought urethritis  and  have  me docy  for 7  days  all results came back  negative  finished  that  up  buy  problem  persisted.  went back  and  doctor said the same thing  gave me ciprofloxacinm metrondazole  and urogesic blue  and a  shot  of antibiotics ran  tests  but  no  infection  was  present  And  all std's  were  negative. I  am  now  about 13  weeks  out and I  just  had a  full  physical  that  showed  no  infections  and  std  profile  came  back  normal.  is  this in  my  head?  also I  have  pain  in the arch  of  my  feet sometimes.  it  seems  like  the pain  or  pictures
itchiness  only  happens when I'm worried  any  help with  this

I  hope  so I  don't  know  how  to  deal with  it  and  can't figure  out  how anxiety  can cause  this
