urethral infection?

I received unprotected oral sex from a masseuse; 3-4 days later experienced slight itching, general urethral discomfort, increased frequency of urination. No discharge. Seven days after encounter took 1500 mg Z-pack (500 mg day 1, 250 mg for next 4 days). Symptoms seem to have mostly subsided by day 14, althugh some  urethral discomfort remains. Question: On last day of Z-pack I had protected intercourse and received unprotected oral sex (no ejaculation) with regular partner. I am now concerned about possible transmission of chlamydia to throat of partner (and ultimately back to me). Is this a possibility given the scenario and treatment regimen described above?

What about Gonorrhea or another STD? Could any of them be the source of irritation/discharge, and would Zithromax resolve them? If not these as the cause, then what might be?

I had similiar experience awhile ago, and  had itching, discharge, etc. Used Zithromax, but am now wondering about scarring.

You can't get chlamydia from oral sex performed on you.  Chlamydia rarely infects the throat, so even if you were infected, your regular partner would be at risk from vaginal sex, but not oral sex.  In any case, that dose of azithromycin would have cured chlamydia if you had it.
