vaginal fluid on my penis head

i had a protected sex with prostitute with 2 latex condoms. nun of the condom was broken or sliped. after sex i mastrubated with the same condom.....after ejeculating in the condom se removed the condom and wile she was removing i had my hand on the bed(bed sheet).  after that i touched and washed my penis with same hand....(i am circumcised)...
can i get infected by this activity.....
i am really afraid....
this incident took place 3 months ago...

Do this incident need any kind of testing for hiv...
1. Can it live on condom and then tranfsfer from top of condom to hand and then on the top of penis to inside the body..?
2. Washing penis(circumcised) with water with same hand carries any risk??

Well i am a bit relaxed nor...
But a little consern that condom would have some hiv infected vaginal fluid and while i toched my (circumcised) penis the virus would enter the body from top of condom to my hand and then to my penis.
Or while washing water would have kept them active...?
