vaginal health worries

I have been sexually active with my first and only partner (i am his first and only also) for 6 months and in the last few days have had sore red lumps appear on the inside of my vaginal lips, they dont look like pimples, more like welts. its uncomfortable to walk and it makes my urine come out on different angles. Please help!

If you were both vigins then it is not STD related. You would have to see a Dr.
