vdrl (-) but tpha (+)

Hi! last 2008 my vdrl and tpha are positive, i was undergo for treatment for 3 years my question is why is it after my 3years long treatment i still found out that my tpha are still positive? i supposed to apply for saudi but the clinic dont allow me to go becuse of this tpha test are still positive., forum please help me. thank you! do i have a chance that my tpha were fall negative? what do am i suppose to do?
