very slight stinging feeling. un protected oral

so 5 days ago i had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker, we then proceeded to have protected sex with a condom. we accurately had sex for about 10 seconds then i felt the condom break, i pulled out within seconds. she then proceeded to give me a hand job and said no more sex because of no condom(which i obviously agreed)..... we were on a beach at night and there was sand and friction....... long story short after a while everything finished up and i left.

the next day i kinda felt a raw feeling around the base of my penis head( which i assumed was from the sand wearing my skin)
but then later that day i developed a small stinging in the tip of my penis.. almost like i got soap in it....
so now 5 days later i still have that small sting once in a while.... it dosnt really hurt when i pee or ejaculate.... just randomly throughout the day i will notice it...( i have no discharge also)

is this because im thinking to much about it, im really kiinda freaked out i may have something... i don't want this to be some stupid drunken mistake.

also i started putting this 3 cream antibiotic on the tip of the head but it seemed to cause a reddish rash on the tip of my penis( i stopped using it about 2 days ago and it seems to be going away).

i did have some antibiotics left over in my bad from step throat(amoxicillan) and i do have some avelox..... i took all the amoxicillan over the past 2 1/2 days... but im out... i still feel a slight sting in the tip of my penis...

do you have any advice for me... it would be greatly appretiated....

Even if you told the doctor about STD I think he would have done the same check on the urine sample.

What doctors, to the best of my knowledge, look for is the presence of white blood cells in sample which gives indication of infection.

anyways good to hear your are fine.

just had my results back from the STD clinic and all negitive. I have the same symptons as you.

I also had a seperate Urine sample check by my doctor. I never told him to check for STD,so assume he only checks for non sexual infections. Anyway he has found the end of start of an infection. As my need to urinte as finished i assume its the end of an infection. Need to supply another sample, but as far as STD is concerned they are negitive.

Tingling sensation could be due to multiple reasons. Could be infection or could be not.
Good thing is that you got tested for STD.

You feel like you want to urinate more often now and this is one of the symptoms of gonorrhea or NGU. Chlaymadia is rarelyyyyyy passed during oral sex.

Make sure you are getting tested for NGU as well besides gonorrhea and chlaymadia.

Also, get tested for NGU. Having negative for gonorrhea or chlaymadia does not mean you dont have NGU.

Thanks

Hi

Advice: Always always complete your antibiotics medication.
Do not take amoxicillan for STDs.

You should get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea in 3 weeks for a conclusive test result.
This is because you did put yourself at risk when the condom tore/ripped.  I however honestly think you should expect negative test results since she didn't want to have sex without a condom.   The symptom alone you descirbe is not alarming for an STD concern.

Any medication given should be taken in accordance with directions and complete --until the bottle is empty.
