very worried

some time ago i had protected sex with an individual who from what i know was very sexually active.  Here is my situation, about 4 years ago i was treated for prostititis at the age of 19, my symptoms were back pain, a burning sensation in my penis without urinating and burning when i did urinate, i had a little white discharge during my urination but only once and after id urinate several minutes later i would have dribbling in my pants. I had all std tests done and were all negative and even had a prostate exam which was fine.  Now after this encounter i started getting symptoms of the same thing, and even though i used a condom the box said it didnt protect against hiv or stds but the condoms were latex not sheepskin you can tell from the texture but reading the box has gotten me all worried now.  I have a wonderful girl ive been seeing and although we have only done oral im very scared now. any input is appreciated im hoping this is just an chronic infection from what i know happens with prostitis. Thanks for your help

If it is more intense when you sit, its not likely to be an std, and would be more likely to be prostatitis or even something going on with your back.

I don't know what kind of condom that is, but you tested negative when you had symptoms before.

You should follow up with your doctor with the current symptoms you have now.
