very worried please help

ok i am a 18 yr old male who recieved oral sex for the first time last wednesday. after the oral sex i got paranoid and took a shower no later than 20 min after recieving it. i accidently got some soap in my penis and it began burning, about an hour later it was gone. about a day and a half or 2 days later i seen that i had a little red rash just near the head of the penis and a little on the shaft. i have looked up almost all the stds and there is no burning while urinating, no swollen testicles, no red bumps and no blisters. but i have developed a pain that is under my left ribcage and sometimes my lower left back. i read that this pain i am getting could be a syptom (symptom) of an std, so my question is should i worry because it is driving me crazy?? o and btw the pain comes and goes and it seems to only come when i talk or think about it and most of the time it is on my left side very rarely does it hurt on the right. thank you for the answers.

No worries, doubt you have a STD and your symptoms are not STD related. Sounds like the pain is mind related though.

There is little chance that you received an std from your encounter.  In general oral sex carries a small risk for most stds.  Most of your symptoms are most likely coming from stress.  In these situations all you can do is go get an std screening at your local health department because your anxiety level may not allow you to just simply stop thinking about it.  True, there is a small risk you could have received something like chlamydia or gon from your encounter, but probably not.  You could also ask if your partner has any stds, or has been tested.  The odds are definately on your side.  Try to relax and your symptoms will not bother you as much.  Also, 2 days is usually not enough time for an std to even cause symptoms.

thanks guys i really appreciate it, but what about the little red rash?? thats what really got me worried then when i read about the pain,, i did hear that chances of stds spreading through oral are very low, and from what i saw there were no sores on her mouth. but thanks guys i really do appreciate it

rash is not a symptom of a STD that you would get.

ok vance 2 more questions and im pretty much all set. 1. why do i have a little rash then? if u have any ideas and from when i first noticed it around fri or sat its gotten a little redder not much though. and 2. could the rash be related to me showering right after i had recieved the oral? i did really go crazy and washed my penis with the soap a couple of times maybe thats why the rash? but i still have no itching burning or burning during urination the only real pain like i said is still my left side and occasionally on the right thank u guys

rash can be explained with many reasons...heat, irritation, fungial infection...the list keeps going.
probably not, but possible...maybe the soup irritated the skin.
