11 days later I felt tired I went to doctor he told me that I have throat sore and grant was enlarged and I felt some fever just little fever come and go but I still feel sick till now for the 5 day what is the chance that I have got HIV

You had safe sex.  There was zero risk of HIv transmission from the events you describe, even if your partner had HIV--which she probably did not.  I recommend against STD/HIV testing.  But if in doubt, visit a health care provider for personal evaluation and advice.
