warm and tingling in my gental area

About 6 weeks ago i had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with my girlfriend. And i have started to notice some symptoms since than that could possibly an std or an infection of some sort? My symptoms are
Directly after intercouse : Very itchy in the pubic area
Since then : I have noticed that most of the symptoms are located near the head of my penis.. almost feels like it is all in the hole or opening of the head of my penis.(or the urethra) I have noticed some slight tingling. And almost like this might be a bug bitting me inside of my penis hole? Most of these symptoms are releved slightly after i urinate...
I also have had a loss of apitite latly and feel very tired and sleep for a good amout of my day..
I Have not had any bumps,sores,blisters or anything like that.. I am in good health.. i workout on a daily basis(or did) until these symptoms started to start.. i also do not have any noticable pain when i urinate or ejaculate.. I am very scarred and have been very stressed over this.. My girlfriend has been tested since we started going out three months ago and was put on birthcontrol.. she does not have any symptoms of anything what like i am having.. Althought i did notice her vaginal area smelled kinda stronger then other girls i have been with.. I also have trouble urinating and will often have very littal pee come out when i have the strong erge to urinate.. (unless i drink a lot of water) i also notice that when i drink a lot of water and or eat yogurt the symptoms are subsided.. I am only 16 years old and this is my first time experencing this so i am very worried. I also am very good at cotrastrofizing..

One last ?

If i have not had any sores or blisters or anything of that nature is it safe to say that i can cut out herpes? SInce it has been 6 weeks since intercourse?

You need to see a Dr. Walk, take a bus take a cab something. But you do need to see a Dr because until that happens you will not have piece of mind.

but i have been so paronid and freaked out latly it is my last option.. also i have no ride to be able to go to the docotors..

And to add. i am continously having this tingling sensation in my gentail region.. what could this be from?
It is very presistant..

Can you not go to a doctor in Georgia?

It seems extreme to go home just for this when Georgia has doctor's too.  You can go to an urgent care center if you have insurance, or an std clinic if you don't.

So newest update..
Still not sores bumps or anything..

But
I have started to research some new things.. i have come to some conclusions that possibly i have some kinda of bacterial infection in my urethra? and it might have possibbly traveled up to my kidneys.. i have been veryyy tired latly.. i have almost compltely lost my appetite..

Also i have figured out something new.. i was masterbating when my girlfriend was over.. and when i had to finish she put her mouth over the head of my penis and only for about 6 seconds until all of my seman was realesed.. well we went and layed down and i notice a slight buring sensation in my urethra and the head of my penis.. so i went to go pee and it helped to lessen the pain.. subside it.. after she left i washed my gental region and that also helped to subside the pain..

I am wondering after talking with my mom who is a RN that this could possibly be a uti? chlaymida? or some type of bacteria or fungal infiction in my urethra?

I am heading home back to my family in california from georgia because this has been on going and i want to go to the doctors to get this all checked out..

Also to add.. i have the clear discharge after everytime i masterbate or have any sexual contact.. i have notice that it has been producing a slight bit more..

Google std clinics in your town and state and go there.  Most are free or very low cost, and I've never heard of one that will turn you away because of lack of money.

Yes, that discharge might be semen.  

Maybe you need to make an appt with your doctor to put your mind at ease.

i have been drinking a lot of water and trying to keep myself hydrated but i seem to be having dihare when i try to eat like anything... what could this be from?

and also my girlfriend just gave me a ******* and then i went pee and a short while after that i had kinda a lot of that clear discharge stuff...

it has been persistant that everyytime after i masterbate/get arrowsed i have a lot of this clear discharge..

First, you need to calm down.  It could take a couple of days for things to get normal again, and be careful not to overdo it with the fluids.  

You can't rule out any stds until you've been tested, but I'd doubt this is an std.

But i think that i had a good amout of dehydration.. my skin has been very very dry on my elbows and getting like white paches that are very flacky.. my eyes felt veryyyy heavy throught the day and my vision became somewhat dimmed or blurry.. I am very confident that the colprite was lack of water because i have been up for a good bit of time tonight and my eyes are starting to feel less heavy and the feeling in my penis has been taking down almost alllll of the way.. some slight tingling still but nothing like it was before! I will keep you posted tho.. i am going to try and drink lots of water for the next couple of days and see how it works out = ]]

Nothing you are describing sounds like an std to me.  Urinating when you drink fluids is normal - and good lol.  The fluid you describe when you are aroused is called pre-seminal fluid.  

You don't describe any burning, pain, sores, lumps, bumps, etc - all symptoms of stds.  If you want to test, you can, and 6 weeks is plenty of time for gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU and syphilis, but I don't see any big reason to.

If you don't know what some of these are, go to www.ashastd.org and google pre-seminal fluid for an explanation of that.

What ***** is i am very good at cotasterfizing and i research online and everything just seems like i have something terribly bad.. i had a feeling that is could possibly be chlaymida or a uti? or that possibly my girlfriends vigan odor could have met she had a yeast infiction and that it could have been transferred to me.. and that could explain while all of the weird feelings are in my urethra.. But i am just hoping and praying i dont have anything like herpes cus i read up on it and it just scares the heck out of me.. everytime i go to the bathroom i look for any visilble tip of sore or like bump and there has been nothing so far.. and it has been 6 weeks

i also had a clear discharge whenever i kinda got turned on by my girlfriend.. and i remeber that i masterbated one night and then went pee and i was laying down and i felt this also like ejaculation feeling coming up my urethra and i squezzed from the base of my penis up and some clear fluid was there.. it didnt have any sort of smell to it.. also i have been kinda warm down in my gental area..

Also! almost every symptom i have is great supressed when i drink a good amount of water and urinate a lot.. i just drank a good amount of water about 30 minutes ago and i also took a chewable vitamin c and took some milk thistle and drank a good amount of water.. about 4 glasses.. altho i can not hold my urine at all right now.. i am laying here and i can have some trikles of urine come out without even realizing it.. i am also going to get tested tomrroow if i can get a ride and i was wondering if 6 weeks is long enuff so that everything would show up?

I'd say this isn't herpes, but I'd wonder about irritation in the urethra due to lack of hydration.  Make sure you stay hydrated, and if you are still concerned, go to an std clinic and test.
