warts from unprotected oral?

hi i am a 15 year old male that has been sexually active for two months now with my only partner who has been tested and was clean and has gotten the hpv vaccine before any contact. i am a pretty healthy and active young adult.  i have had protected intercourse everytime which is 5 times and unprotected oral sex. i recently noticed brown a raised line which is like the shape of a "J" on the head of my penis(middle area of the head). the line does not have different bumps it is just a line that is raised. i noticed this line the day after having protected intercourse and unprotected oral sex. the oral sex mainly took place on the head of my penis and lasted for about 30 mins. after noticing this line i began to freak out and started to examine everything on my penis i noticed about four other brown spots that look like freckles with no bumps on the head. around the tip area i noticed that i had a skin colored lump  that gets red when irritated that could be from a surgery that i had on my penis 3 years ago to make me urinate easier. and another line that is similar to the "J" on the middle of my penis head but on the tip and is barely raised and is only a ligt red when irratated. the only time that i can feel these bumps are when i am thinking about them and i get a wierd feeling on the tip. i showed these to my partner and she believes that they could be teeth marks from the sucking,  could this be genital warts, bruising etc. they have been around for 8 days

I too have the same dark brown line on the head of my penis.  It was after having protected sex and unprotected oral with a girl of unknown status so I know what your going through with the worrying because I have no idea what it is.  i'm not a medical doctor but I thought I would let you know your not alone until one of the experts responds.

This doesn't sound like an std, and might just be irritation.  If it persists, see your doctor.
