was treated for chlamydia over a month ago and still have discharge?

by joe bloggs, May 02, 2007 12:00AM
hi,

about a month and a half ago i tested pos for chlamydia took 4 tablets of zithromax and told that would clear it up. My partner was also given the same treatment.

A week after i took the zithromax i went back to the gum clinic. I was told it was too earlier to tell if it had gone and that i didnt need to go back any way. I was also told no sex for 3 weeks. I had 1 protected sexual encounter with my partner but only after the 3 weeks

i am still noticing slight discharge with no pain anywhere.

My question is should i go back and get retested or am i just being paraniod?

any help would be great

thanks
