what are these small bumps on my left leg and buttocks

In may 2006 I noticed a small fleshy bump on my inner thigh up next to my vagina but not on it. I had it checked out and the doctors said it wasn't anything bc it didn't hurt or cause any symptoms. Its kind of what I noticed some people have on their face or neck. Like a little circular tab of loose or extra skin. I tried to exfoliate it away and cut it with small clippers but it hurt too much so I left it alone. Well two years later may 2007 I found out I have herpes. And now in aug 2007 I noticed that there are too small bumps on my left buttocks abover the other one. But these feel a lil different and looked like white heads at first now they are a little pink (I have tan colored skin so I kno I never match the norm). I noticed my left inner thigh tingles before I have an outbreak near the site of the first bump but not the new ones. I just want to know what are they, how'd they get here, and if I can get rid of them. Please help!
