what could i have?

I had sex with a guy (unprotected) and its been like a week or so. Before that, i did all my test and everything was fine. Ever since, I have this yellow, and very liquid, smell like baking yeast fluid. what could it be?

Yeast infection, gonorrhea, chlymida...would be wise to get tested and use condoms.
