Im freaking out because I gave head for the first time and now my throat hurts and there are little bumps in the back of my throat what does that mean??

See a Dr, symptoms of an oral STD like gonorrhea rarely show. Sounds like it is probably viral because the risk is very low for getting an oral STD.
