what could it be ?

hi doctor. my story goes as follows , i had sex witha CSW around two years ago dec 2008 two times witha condom on . two mopnths later i have noticed what i belive is a small bump or lymph node in my neak on the left side. it was not hurting or anything it just was thier. after that i developed what looks like a dryness or rash in the palm of my hand the left side also but not very serious and it doesnt hurt it started in my funger then moved to the palm opf my hands i have developed the same thing two years earlier in both my foot. then a year later i developed  a pimple like thing that doesnt hurt also in the same left hand on the thumb. now two years later i feel the bump or lymph node harder and i feel that my left shoulder is very hard and hurts a little bit sometimes. i freeked out and went online a bought more than 7 syphlis and hiv test and tested over a period of 6 months and all came negative. i have to say that i have a problem with my wisdom tooth in the same left side and i have been bitting my gums till i have developed a very bad ulcer and dead meet in the inside of my cheek in the same side.

i have aplied for a new job in dubai and i need to go to a full std test what are the chances that i will test positive ofr any std including syphlis and hiv ?

You has protected sex and no symptoms of a STD. I see no reason you should test positive for anything from the above situation.
