what do i have in my body

i had a burning senstaion on my balls and some strange pain round my waist as if its moveing round my waist and a funny slight pain round my penis at diffrent time what is this the doctor said i have not got any std but these symptoms are still there

Have you had your prostate checked? I don't know that it would be causing symptoms around your waist, but its a start.
