what does this sound like

I was not engaging in any sexual conduct for almost 2 yrs, no crazy feeling at alll nothing looked crazy, but when i did do something ( oral sex) with this new partner and then happened to do it again with my ex-boyfriend who has told me he doesn't do anal sex with no one but me (anal sex with tongue), who has had oral sex with some other females still we have not been together. with these two guy I was recieving oral sex, well later that week i just took a loook down there and i notice a bump by my retum, not inside or anything like that but close, I am usually freaked about anything that looks weird. it doesn't hurt, itch, it looks like a pimple, you wouldn't even knew it was there... so what do you think
