you can buy them at sex shops or online. they are also sometimes marketed as an oral dam too. I've never seen them in regular stores myself. they are sometimes pricey too which is why I recommended the flavored condoms which are something you can easily find as well as they are cheaper as well as thinner.

you also can just use a flavored condom, cut it open and he can lay it over your genital area when he performs oral on you.

You can perform oral on him with the flavored condom on him to help with the latex taste somewhat.  the purpose of protected oral sex is so that you don't have exposure to his bare genital skin or his semen.

He wears a condom and you use a "dental damp" for when he gives you oral.

if he has other partners, to best protect yourself you should only be giving and receiving protected oral sex.
