I'm 17 and been sexually active for around 3 years and my girlfriend was a Virgin before we got together so i don't think it's an std. I have no idea what this is but at fisrst I thought it was just razor burn but never really went away. These little bumbs are dome shaped and do not hurt at all or itch. Ive had them for about 3 weeks noW. It's really making me paranoid and I don't wanna have sex if it is contagious. Can someone help me? I'm really paranoid

We don't look at pictures and we can't diagnosis you. Skin issues can be many things from papules to irritation and most of the time not a STD issue, but you would have to see a Dr for an exam.
