last thursday i had sex with my partner to wake the next day to perform a 12 mile run that friday. On saturday i woke to find a red area about half an inch in diameter at the upper portion of the base of my penis in the hair line. This red area was itchy and became tender. It looks like it has a few very very small bumps all grouped within the red area but its very hard to tell. The area does have hair growing there i usually shave that area but had not done so for about a four days. Now it seems it had an open sore thats usually scabbed over in the morning when i wake up. Its now tuesday and looks like its really clearing up no itching and only a small amount of tenderness

Ok last tuesday it looked like it was clearing up but it is actually kind of an open sore that is clearing up slowly its not really painfull or doesnt itch any more and its now saturday. it does look like its starting to go away now though the redness area has gotten smaller and is not so quite red anymore and in the center of it looks like its just a small open sore. I looked at it and in one spot of the red area i can see two very small black looking bumps with hairs coming out of them they are right next to the sore.

See your Dr, makes me think even more that it is not STD related and more just a sensititve spot.
one thing to add is this has done this one other time a few months ago just like this all the same symptoms i described plus its even the same spot
