what is this?

i had sex with a prostitute 3 months ago when the condom broke .

i have been tested for chlamydia, gonorea, syphliss and hiv and they are all negative but recently i have noticed something different about my penis.

over the last month or so when i have an erection the bottom of the head of my penis(under my foreskin) is purple and has little red spots around it but when i don't have an erection under my foreskin looks normal but there is tiny lttle white spots that you can notice only if u really look.

im worried what this is i masturbate a lot does this have anything to do with it?

my penis is not sore at all no itching or anything.

anyone think they know what this is?

I agree with Dallasfan. It could be irritation or something else, but without a Dr seeing it, just don't know.
people here can't diagnosis you and without seeing anything makes it harder. so that is why the Dr is the best option. he/she can examine you and give the best medical advice.
