what the hell

hey, recently in the past couple weeks i started getting theses pimple like bumps on my nuts. They were just red no white head. And they were fine untill i started itching them and it just spead to like 10-12 all over my nuts.. now it spead to the knob where theres like 3 big bumps and it looks like a few little starting. i was just wondering if anyone knew what they were plus how to get rid of them? thanks so much

It could be a lot of different things - staph, acne, warts, etc. You need to see your doctor or a std clinic to find out for sure what's going on.
