I'm in the same situation where my girlfriend(who is russian) has been diagnosed with ureaplasma. I had to do a private testing as I live in the UK and they do not check for it usually. I'm still waiting for the results which I am almost certain to be negative (should get the results tomorrow) I had to do one just to reassure my lady. Her russian doctor recommended her boyfriend (me) to also take the following medicine same as her:
josamycin drug Wilprafen
flukonazole
ornidazole drug Ornysil
I'm really running out of option. Should I just take them anyway if I haven't been diagnosed with ureaplasma? Are there any serious side effects to those drugs?
It is best to not take medication unless you have been diagnosed with something. I don't know the side effects but it is not ideal to do it without diagnosis.
