which stds will a doctor disclose to wife

I have been married for twelve years and for the first time about a week ago had an encounter from which I think I may have contracted an std. I have not slept with my since this encounter because of this. I'm going to the doctor in a couple days to get checked out. If I do have an std I'm wondering if they will notify my wife.
