white, dry stuff in vagina.

I'm currently on antibiotics for BV and I'm almost done with the script. But today I noticed white, dry (what would look like discharge but really isn't) stuff in and around my vagina. It has no smell at all. I figured it was from my toilet paper but it was in it, too. I'm still a little itchy down there but it's NOTHING compared to what I had before I started taking my antibiotics. This "stuff" doesn't end up on my underwear at all, so I was wondering what this could be and if I should have to make another gyno appointment?

I'd wait a week yet and then if it's still there, go and be seen again.  hard to tell if this is still infection or something else going on.
