white bumpes

hi i have been with my girlfriend for 6 months now she has had sex before but always used a condom me on the other hand have not used a condom i have had sex with 3 other girls i noticed about 2 weeks ago after i shaved white bumps on the bottom of mt penis and what looks like pimples above my penis towards mt stomach i have never had these before they are very small white bumps i tried poping one and a very small amount of pus came out slowly followed by blood they do not hurt or cause any discomfort at all could the pimples be from a dirty razor posibly? along with the bumps? most of the pimples have gone away but the white bumps are still there
please help!!

See a Dr, bumps can be many things and most of the time non-STD related.

Have no real idea what they are because bumps can be so many different things. And suggesting a course of treatment would be wrong. That is why you would need to see a Dr for proper diagnosis.
