white tongue 4 hrs after oral sex

Hi,
I had oral sex with a girl I did not know. 4 hrs later I had a white tongue. I got tested for all stds at 10 days - negative also had hiv combo tests at 42 and 48 days - negative. Even after medication still have a thick white coating at back of tongue which is worse first thing in the morning. When I rinse my mouth out the water is cloudy.
Does anyone know what is causing this?, Can this be an initial symptom of HIV,  in 4 hrs post exposure? How accurate is a combo test at 48 days?
Any help would be appreciated

Because symptoms of any STD or HIV do not show 4 hours after the fact.

Vance2335, How can you be sure this is not a STD or HIV, since this occurred 9 weeks ago I have since developed a very sore throat, white patches on the back of the throat and honestly don't know what else could have caused this. I am a heavy smoker and I know that is probably affecting my throat. What about my last question - how accurate is a hiv ag/ab combo test at 48 days?

It has nothing to do with a STD or HIV. See a Dr.
