white tongue with painless lumps(sores)

I had an unprotected oral sex about two months ago, the following day I developed flu symptoms and consulted a GP. I also developed lumps(small sores) in a triangular style on my tongue and raspy flesh inside of my tongue. The doctor prescrived antibiotics and flu was gone and the lumps are still there.Any help to this problem.
