window period of hiv

i had done a elisa  for hiv in india for two times and result is negative ,acording to theory of window period of hiv is  3 to 6 months Is it extend above 6months?

I also took the Enzyme Immunasay test 13 weeks after sexual contact and it was negative. Is it accurate as well?
