I never re tested at 26 weeks based on your responces. There was never any blood contact and the sex was protected.

recently I have had some bowel trouble accompnaied with aching joints and eye floaters.

I was also tested for various GI stuff last week and have a high than average Ferratin level.

Should I be worried about HCV?

Well as AJ has stated Hep B-4-9 weeks so 22 is good. Hep C at 22 weeks is pretty close and is through blood for the most part.
Syphilis at 2 weeks is conclusive.

Hep B is definitely conclusive.  Hep C maybe, but unless you've shared needles, or come into contact with someone else's blood and their blood got into your blood stream, I wouldn't worry at all about hep c.

Syphilis yes.

*Hep A :

IgM  - as early as 2 weeks, as late as 12 months (this looks for recent infection)

IgG - 8-12 weeks

Hep A is rarely sexually transmitted as its found only in fecal matter.

*Hep B -

Average of 4 weeks, as long as 9 weeks.

Hep B is sexually transmitted, and you should talk to your doctor about being vaccinated if you haven't been already (your test will be able to show if you have been).

*Hep C -

Average is 4-6 weeks, can take up to 6 months.

Hep C is also very rarely sexually transmitted, and is found in blood only.
