worried about having std

Last friday was in mexico had sex with stripper, the condom broke only exposing the side of my unit not the head.  A few seconds max exposure followed by sanitary napkin wipe.  Then went back to work.  Was very drunk and finished with a long baby oil hand job.  The next day was very irrated under the head, this has happened in the past on my own when masterbating (masturbating).  That has gone away, but now have chapped lips in the corner of my mouth.  None of this would scare me in the past, but have wife and kid and affraid my drunken mistake will take it all away.
Have been reading up on stds for the last week and not sure where I stand.  Have been noticing things for the first time and am conviced that I have messed up real bad.  Once again had irratations followed by chapped lips(feel like I see bumps not sure), also had canker sore on sunday.  Also feel like when I look inside my unit opening I see goo, might be normal not sure.
Long story short what do I need to be looking for and what is the time table?  Are these things signs of std?

Since the condom remained intact over the head of the penis, the risk of STD was low from the exposure you describe.  Further, none of your symptoms sounds like STD.  If the symptoms are so mild you're not even sure anything is wrong, then nothing is wrong.  Chapped lips is not an STD symptom and neither are canker sores.

Just keep your eye out for genital blisters or sores.  Don't strain  yourself looking for tiny marks or red spots!  If you have real sores, you will know it without having to look hard. Also keep on the lookout for abnormal discharge from the penis, i.e. cloudy mucus or pus, sometimes associated with uncomfortable urination.  If you don't develop any of those things in the next couple of weeks, you can assume you were not infected with herpes, gonorrhea, or chlamydia.  Then keep a lookout for a painless open sore on your penis that could indicate syphilis; if you go 6 weeks without that, you're home free from syphilis as well.

The cloudy or muccuss pee, meaning looking for floating stuff in my pee.  Also what would the drip look like, will it just come out on its own.

You would not see anything in your urine, just mucus or pus dripping from the penis, perhaps causing yellow stains in your underwear.  Just like genital sores, though, don't obsess about it and don't look so hard.  If you have it, the symptom will be obvious and you won't miss it.  Almost certainly it isn't going to happen; I would bet lots of money at the roulette table you did not catch any infection.
