worried and wondering... need suggestions

Hello, I am a 21 year old male and sexually active. Last wednesday i had a sexual encounter a female friend of mine, where i was only subject to unprotected oral sex. No intercourse involved. As of saturday now, I started feeling a little burning sensation when urintating, as well as frequent urination, and itching aroud the tip of the urethra. With these symptoms going on i then decide to consult my doctor on the following monday. She was very helpful and prescribed me with several different antibiotics. These are :  1 dose of Azithromycin (1g), 1 dose of Ciproflox, and 20 tablets of Doxyciclin to be taken within the course of 10 days. Now with these medications in hand, I took the azithromycin and the Ciproflox the same day, followed by the Doxyclin the next day in order to not have to many types of anitbiotics in my system. So now it is wednesday and as I just woke up I have noticed a milky penile discharge, and have been having testicular pain. Another sympton which i have notice to be peculiar is that my urethra feels tingly and itchy. From all of this, my questions are the following:
1. How long does it take for STD related anitbiotics to take effect?
2. Is it normal that after a couple of days of taking antibiotics i am feeling the same or even worsening symptoms described above?
3. Does the sequence of me taking the antibiotics have an effect on the impact it will have on my infection?

PS: I forgot to add that my doctor took some swab tests and will have the results by 2 weeks or so.

Please let me know what you think on my situation.
Thank You.

I see. Also i would like to know, approxametly how long will it it take for the penile discharge to stop when under antibiotics? and is the tingling feeling in the urethra a normal sensation that shows the drugs are working?

Also when you get your tests back my guess is that it's either NGU or gonorrhea. If it is gonorrhea tell your friend and tell her to go for a throat swab.

Also if things get worse then see your Dr ASAP.

1. It could take up to 2 weeks but you should see symptoms get better within a couple of days of taking the medication.
2. Normal...not sure, but it's not unheard of
3. No it shouldn't. As long as you took them as directed.

Continue your medication and if you do not show any improvement after 1 full week on medication then go back to your Dr.
