worried

Hello, I recently had sex about a week ago on a Thursday October 16th, I'm gay so I was penetrated and it happened to be unprotected. My partner was clean and even had documents to prove his status and he was lasted tested in July for hiv and came out negative. After the sex, I experienced no symptoms or abnormalities and there wasn't any tear in my rectal region or bleeding. Oral and anal sex was involved by the way. And now just yesterday I performed oral on another guy and ended up releasing in my mouth after but I spit it out at soon as it happened..i noticed after the session my lips were becoming chapped and I would have to lick them constantly due to the dryness. Could this be any symptom of any std or hiv?  Am I at risk ? Also after I brushed my teeth and I noticed a soreness in my mouth like I must've bitten the side of where my gums are or like a scratch. I checked in the mirror there was no sight of blood but I did feel soreness when I ran my finger against my cheek in that area. I don't think I was caused by oral but I just wanted to add that to see if that plays any part in it. So far I haven't experienced any other symptoms and I also checked online about if it's normal to have chapped lips after oral, but wasn't really given a direct answer. My lips are still chapped now and there's some tad bit of itchiness here and there in my moustache area but I feel normal.  Should I be worried ?

No, it can still take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks if you show symptoms at all.

But if I got an std from someone 5 years ago and showed signs within a day or 2, is there a possibility that I should see something sooner than a week if I were to have anything now ?

Testing is the only way to know.

gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week, syphilis-6 weeks, herpes and HIV 3 months

So how long would it take for anything to come up if I were to have anything ?

Symptoms do not come on right after for a STD. Your anal sex no matter what he showed you was a risk. The oral sex is a risk but lower.

.... also I notice a soreness in my lower throat when I press my thumb against or when I breathing from my mouth or yawning. That's the only times I feel it or if I'm taking a deep breath. Could that be related to anything?
