worried

my gf has been diagnosed with chlamydia and im going to be tested as soon as possible
i have not had sexual contact with anyone but her for the past 2 years and a few months i was wondering if  i would have had sighns by now or if it can keep from showing up that long ??

The longest I've ever seen anyone have chlamydia and not show symptoms is a year and a half.

Its possible it can be a bit longer, but not much.

You wouldn't have it for 5 years and not have a positive test or major symptoms.

It may take from days up to years to show up (rarely, actually).

What about an example?
I THINK I got Chlamydia for about 5 years. I got tested 2 times and nothing was found.
You must ask your doctor for a full scan.
