wrinkles in penis head, redish rash

I had unprotected oral sex, and protected vaginal intercourse in europe about two months ago - with a woman I met while out there on vacation.  Approximately 5 days after the encounter I started feeling a tingling sensation in my urethra and a slight itch on the tip of my penis.

About two weeks after the encounter I got checked for all STDs and tests came back negative.  I went to a urologist who ran more tests and came back negative.  about two weeks after the first tests I got tested yet again for herpes, gonorrea, syphylus, HIV, chlamydia and the tests came back negative.

I no longer feel the tingle as bad as I did in the past but now the head on my penis gets irritated and wrinkles and red dots from on the head from the time to time.  The weird part is that it goes away and comes back.

I've also gone to a dermatologist who said she had no clue, but that it may be eczima or something like that.

My fear is that I'm in a committed relationship and don't want to pass on anything to my girl friend.  Even though the tests all came back negative, the timing of the issue is too fishy for me to think that it was not related to the encounter.

Please help.

These symptoms do not sound STD related and STD symptoms don't go away and come back.
