You might get more of a response if you post this in urology or men's health.  Yeast isn't always an std.

i believe i have a yeast infection, i just had sex with my girlfriend a couple of says again and the day after she informed me that she has a yeast infection and she was experiencing some of the symptoms while we were having sex.
i didn't think much of this until i started getting some of the male symptoms and it sprung on me without me even noticing it until now.
The a couple nights after i showered and used a new type of soap on my penis head with the skin pulled down, after that i started to feel some itching for the whole day. Again i didn't think much of it but when i got home to take a shower and i took off my cloths i noticed some irritation on the skin and when i pulled the skin down i could see peeling on the skin, it smelled really bad and was kinda stinging.
i looked up what this could be (forgetting about what my girlfriend told me) and discovered a couple things then ran across a yeast infection.
i am applying antibiotic ointment right now but i believe i may need some sort of special cream.
if there is any insight on this please post back

You shouldn't use an antibiotic cream - get an antifungal.  You can use something like monistat or lotrimin (they might have different names in places other than the US.)

You posted this 3 times - no need.  Once is plenty.
