yellow stool post anal sex

I am a male who has anal sex about 3 times a year. The last two times I have had anal sex, following for the next week. I will have yellow stools, run a fever, and sometimes some abdominal cramps. The last two times had been unprotected sex. I never have any iching or burning. This last time I did have some small amounts of blood for the day after. Can you tell me if I have an STD or what might be my problem. Plus what can I do? Could it be the soap I am using to cleanse?

I really have no clue what it could be, because if the stool is yellow it is that way well before it hits the anus.

I would suggest seeing a Dr.
And make sure your encounters are protected.
