young and scared

I'm seventeen and am to afraid to let anyone know what is going on...this just recently started happening, like maybe two or three days ago. the tip of my penis(the pee hole) is sorta swollen around the edges, like...i guess i could say lips. well that part is swollen.but just slightly. I am sexual active but i usually have anal sex(i usually receive anal)..i sometimes receive oral sex also.so i really don't use my own penis during sex much. I'm too afraid to let anyone know....sometimes when i squeeze my penis it sorta has an itching sensation, it doesn't hurt when i pee or anything but it does itch when i squeeze my penis.i have also be using axe shower gel, could that causing this. I'm very afraid to tell anyone what should i do, or does anyone know what could be happening, PLEASE HELP SOMEONE

is there any kind of discharge from it?do u find any bad smell coming from ur penis?is it red?

Do you use condoms for anal sex? Or when you receive oral sex? If not then test for all STD's and HIV.
Best advice would be to see a Dr for your symptoms. We can't diagnosis you here, only a Dr can.

i never have anal sex without using a condom, i always practice safe sex, as for bad smells i dont have any bad smells, and there is no discharge....can you describe the smells
