leg syndrome thing

omg...until you actually decide you want to be addiction free...you have no idea....iam putting this down to a bad expereience...very,very bad...smoking h at aged 39!...i should of known better!! i understand why people go to that place.(i went there)..but the main thing is to get back....long story short.....iam back and riding it...it is the legs that are keeping me awake....last night 2 x 7.5 zopiclone,double treble whisky....no sleep.....today....2 x 7.5 zop 2 x 5 val double treb vodka and as of yet 11.24pm....no sleep...what a waste of spirit and pill.....i have got to sleep tomorrow,sun 22nd
