I just read an article that says if you are taking AbilifyAbilify Abilify discmelt as an add on medication, which I am, you should let the tablet disolve on your tongueTongue tie and follow with water, not to swallow the tablet whole.
Well guess what, I have been swallowingPainful swallowing Swallowing difficulty the tablet whole. Has anyone done this and then switched over to letting it disolve..I guess I will have to do that, but I am wondering if the side effects, or the benefits of the medication are different if you let it dissolve on your tongueTongue tie, keeping in mind I am also taking SeroquelSeroquel Seroquel xr 600mg per day.
I was on both medications but not at the same time. I just took AbilifyAbilify Abilify discmelt by swallowing it but that was when it first came out years ago. You could ask your pharmacist about that if your psychiatrist isn't around and you are concerned.
Yup checked with the dr today, said you can swallow it without letting it disolve on your tongue it just takes longer to get into your system. Tah dah, problem solved.
