If you mean she has medical insurance than suggest to her that she needs help. She can speak to a psychiatrist and you could let her know but in a way that seems concerned not judgmental. I'm sure you've noticed many things that are disturbing but make sure that treatment comes across as something that will benefit her (which it will). As a person recovered from schizoaffective disorder with glycine, a glutamate antagonist, a new form of antipsychotic in Phase II FDA study I have been through the experience myself. I knew to seek help. Some people don't. So people sometimes have to guide them into treatment.
