Immigration

So I may be immigrating to Australia in a few years and I was wondering since I have Schizophrenia will I fail the health exam or any of the other tests because I have it or because of something I'm doing or because of ways I am because of it? I know they ask you about things like if you have a mental illness and such. I'm not even ready to move out on my own yet but someone was going to come and help me with the moving process.

There are no independent living centers in Australia (although there should be) but this agency might be able to answer the same kind of questions.
